Return and Refund Policy

1. Terms of Return

Buyers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.
Returns are accepted only if the item is:
Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Free from damage caused by improper handling or use.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

2. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Wrong item delivered.
Damaged or defective product upon receipt.
Missing parts or incomplete order.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order details, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect).
Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending the item back.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (GCash, bank transfer, or credit card).
